REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Moorebeer Brewing Co., we take great pride in the quality of our beers. Due to the nature of alcohol products, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us at orders@moorebeer.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We comply with all applicable Australian Consumer Law obligations.
